Services
ADHD Assessment & Diagnosis
Specialized ADHD and executive function assessments for children, teens, and young adults, performed by an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.
Assessments go beyond screening tools to give you a clear, useful picture, including whether something other than (or in addition to) ADHD is driving your symptoms, and a concrete treatment plan
Women's Mental Health & PMDD
Specialized evaluation and treatment for premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and hormone-related mood symptoms. If your mood, anxiety, focus, or energy drops sharply in the week or two before your period, and lifts once it starts, that pattern is real, diagnosable, and treatable.
Care includes careful evaluation with cycle tracking, medication management tailored to your cycle, and practical strategies for the hardest days. This is also where ADHD and hormones intersect: for many women, ADHD symptoms worsen premenstrually, and treating the two together works better than treating either alone.
We do not offer hormone therapy at this time.
Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related conditions. Intake appointments are thorough, we look at your full history, health, and goals, not just a symptom checklist.
Follow-up care is collaborative: we monitor what's working, adjust what isn't, and always discuss options and side effects openly.
Executive Function Coaching
Medication is one tool, it isn't the whole toolbox! Coaching focuses on the practical skills ADHD makes hard, like organization, time management, task initiation and, emotional regulation using strengths-based strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
For kids and teens, coaching includes parents, so the systems hold up at home and school.
You don't have to be a medication-management patient to work with us. ADHD coaching is available as a standalone, cash-pay service for anyone who wants structured executive-function support, whether you're managing medications elsewhere, exploring non-medication treatment, or supporting your child.
Every package starts with a 60-minute intake to map your goals, strengths, and sticking points. From there, we build a personalized coaching plan based on the hours your situation needs.
Mental Health Education
Psychoeducational sessions for individuals and families who want to understand a diagnosis, medications, and treatment options with clear, compassionate explanations and practical strategies you can use right away.
Care Coordination & Educational Advocacy
Support for families navigating school and healthcare systems: IEP and 504 planning and consultation, collaboration with schools, therapists, and other providers, and case coordination for youth in complex systems of care.
