About Alibi Mental Health Care

Alibi Mental Health Care exists because psychiatric care, especially ADHD care, too often stops at a prescription pad. We believe effective treatment addresses the whole picture: an accurate diagnosis, medication when it helps, skills and systems for daily life, and an advocate in your corner at school, at work, and in the healthcare system.

Based in downtown Washington, D.C., Alibi Health provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ADHD-specialized assessment and coaching, and women's mental health services in person and via tele-health.

Care is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each person's brain, goals, and season of life.

Hey, I'm Jess Pudlo!

I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), with a background in adult and pediatric nursing, community mental health, and nursing education.

My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT alongside careful, collaborative medication management.

I specialize in ADHD because I know it from both sides of the room. As a provider who lives with ADHD and PMDD, I understand what it feels like when your brain and body don't cooperate with the life you're trying to build and how much changes when you finally get care from someone who gets it! That experience doesn't replace clinical training; it sharpens it. It's why my practice emphasizes practical systems, self-compassion, and treatment plans designed for real life.

Whether you're a parent seeking answers for your child, an adult wondering if ADHD explains a lifelong pattern, or woman a woman whose mood, focus, or energy shifts dramatically with her cycle, my goal is the same: care that is thorough, honest, and built around you.
